Earth Day Canada Unveils Campaign for 50th Anniversary

Summerland, April 21st, 2023 - Earth Day Canada is inviting Canadians across the country to take action for a sustainable future. This year marks the 30th anniversary of the Earth Day trademark in Canada, and to commemorate this milestone, the organization has partnered with lg2 to create a campaign that will inspire and empower people to make a difference.
The campaign, "Earth Day: Change is in our hands," emphasizes the importance of individual actions and encourages Canadians to take small steps that can add up to big changes. The campaign will run throughout the month of April and will feature a series of online and offline events, including:
- A national social media campaign featuring inspiring stories from Canadians who are making a difference
- A series of webinars and workshops on topics such as climate change, waste reduction, and sustainable living
- Community cleanups and planting events across the country
